    Dear players,

    please read >> here <<.

Thank you for being a part of this!

    • And the mistery of the 14% remains...

Could someone from the team(QA, Testers , Comas) Tell us if the 2 new classes of the pets(prismatish for regular ones and mystich for irregular ones) are supposed to give the missing %?
      Like the razador giving 14%(berseker)?
If it is supposed it is bugged.
Would love to have this enlightened

      @Olthir @Salsie @Rocket
I myself dont support the existance of the blue item...
And if it would give you the option to accept the new stats or not, it would be just better for casher players, and the others would be prejudicated..

This could be a second way, but tbh I like the actual idea of gambling :D

    • One pet can have 3 slots... We have 6 PvM books to select...
Vampirism (7%), Restore HP (5%), Berserker, Bulwark, Drill, Monster

We need to choice, but with 2 books in specific, we do not need do a choice bc it is clearly...
Damage absorved by HP is best than Chance to Restore HP... So here this new book is totally useless... If we get a % like 10-12%, but no... just 5% it's not enought.

I think this new book need a new % or just changed to another book...

      Did you try it? :)

We want to hear your thoughts on this
I tested specially the rolling of pet stats, days and slots. I think is a good option, getting a flawless pet is not easy (is like hatching eggs), so it has some difficulty but is still a good option if you have rare pets like Nessie or Blue Dragons or pets with a lot of days.

About the skills, I have not tested them, I've only seen the bonus of them. Strong Against monsters is a good skill and is better in Red Dragon and Nessie, but as some people in this post tested with numbers, Berserker is still better due to damage calculations of both bonus, so Razador, Baashido and Blue Dragon are better options than Red Dragon and Nessie if you want to play PvE.

The rest of 4 new skills have less utility, I have not tested the Potion Restoration skill but the % it gives is too low, Chance to Restore HP is a good bonus on PvE but most times other skills are prefered (berserker, s.a.monsters, piercing and block), % EXP can be goog but only in certain cases (and like Potion Restoration, the % is too low), and finally Feater Walk skill is clompletely useless, nobody is going to use that skill in any case because Purple Potions exist.

In my opinion the blue item that allows you to re-roll the pet atributes, can be a little too op for pets with like 2 years of age, at lv80 it can reach numbers like 30% hp, i think it is a lot... But i agree and support the rest of the pet updates, one of the bets of this 18.4

edit: i know that you can have a pet with 30%hp at lv80 without using the blue item, but it requires to let the pet alive 2 years before leveling it up./Eu sei que pode-se ter um pet com 30%hp a lv80 sem utilizar o item azul, mas isso requere deixar o pet vivo durante 2 anos antes de o "levelar"

I obtained a lv1 prismathish Razador and it grews 0.6-0.7 every 5 levels (HP).

I was able to raise a beeshid Prismathish from level 10 to 15 and I climbed +0.7 hp.

Also get all the names that you give to the pets and all of them go up in the mentioned intervals, for example Legendar (0,5-0,6). But the pet that causes me confusion is the Meley (Red Dragon), since that pet grows irregularly until level 40 and then grows regular me every 5 levels, but when using the item to make changes his nickname does not match his growth. For example, a level 45 meley has left Talienter (and that nickname should not come out in this phase or not?).
Also I also check a meley with the red object and I know it's Loyal (it's supposed to go up 0.2-0.3), but my Meley goes up 0.6-0.7 and eye that does not exceed 20 days I live .

Someone else has done tests in Meley or Nessie, which I think grow in the same way ???
I'm sorry for my horrible English.

Well, honestly isn't really fair even the current system, for balancing purposes, since it advantage old pets in a irrecoverable way.
Also, for me re-roll pets is a good thing because keep them in the storeroom for years without using them is kinda absurd.
The better suggestion i can give is put a cap on the aging process.

Well, this was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Either use the pet immediately or let it aging and have the benefit later.
And now, when the time slowly comes when the second group can feel the benefit, it can be vanished with a few switches..
And the official reason "to make it more easy for newer players to get good pets" is totally ridiculous, the pure opposite is true.
Because of the switcher, the older pets will always be significantly better than the new ones.
And the advantage increases every year by 7.5% HP!
    • I do not see anything wrong, since since the pet system came out, if one managed to keep a pet alive at low level for more than 1 year and then started to raise it, it increases +0.1 for every 100 days alive (this it's from before). What happens now is that recently some are finding out about this and they want to blame the new system that changes the dopes in order to have a better pet.

Also not to have a pet with 30 hp means that it is good, this should be if or if type Legendar, Prismathish, Abenteuer or Mythisch, so get good skills. So perfectly those 30 hp could have been obtained only for living manter the pet, but with low skills if they are not of the 4 types mentioned.
I'm sorry for my horrible English.

    • I'd like to point out the fact that active pet skills are actually fairly useless as they are now.

Restoration is probably the "best" one among those skills, but it still does not convince me. I mean, I know that this book is not supposed to replace Healer Shamans :D but come on, getting a CHANCE (not a certainty!) to heal every 480 seconds (that would be 8, I mean, EIGHT minutes!) is way too much. Every final boss require WAY less than 8 minutes to be completed. What's the point into having those cooldowns?

Immortal (invincibility) is even worse. 600 seconds of cooldown just to get the chance (again, it's not a certainty) for about 2-3seconds. The bad thing is that specialists pets aren't that better than common pets.

Panacea is odd. Does it even heal from new status conditions (such as Attack Speed malus?). If it actually gave a chance to protect the character from Dispel Magic, it may have been somewhat useful, but as it is now... well, fishes work better than it.

The new active skill does not even work and I think it's pointless, it basically mimicks Feather Walk. What's the point into that? It should work as a passive movement speed bonus - it'd still be pretty useless to me, but at least that's how it should work.

      -

By the way, this is another thing I think it should be fixed: I think that the difference between a specialist pet (and a non-specialist one) should be more pronounced. For instance, if Damage absorbed from HP maximum is intended to be 8%, I don't think it's fair that non-specialist pets may arrive to 6%. What's the point into having different pets, then?
Some skills already have a pretty important difference, like Berserker: specialists get 12-13% (I've not seen the fabled 14% yet anywhere with my eyes :D ) while non-specialist get 7-8%.
    • For instance:

      - Panacea's effects could last longer. I mean, if it is supposed to have a 480sec cooldown, the protection from poison and other major status conditions should last for about 2-4 minutes. The problem is that the healing is instantaneous, while its protection should last a little bit longer, like if it was an anti-snake venom serum.

I have being testing all the skills a while ago, and from the moment that Panacea removed the slow effect and started 480sec cooldown prior from me to poisoning the char, i laughed and removed the skill from the pet.

Feather Walk seems to be corrected now and has a description.
But the description it is wrong (In german):

The pet activates feathering for 47.0 seconds with a 10% chance
      Attack 143-1146
      Cooldown: 180 seconds

Clearly that is not the case it doesn't last 47 seconds, its more like a 10 seconds skill, with 47.0% chance.

      Correct:
The pet activates feathering for 10 seconds with a 47.0% chance
      Attack 143-1146
      Cooldown: 180 seconds

By the way it is really odd that it is automatically active after the cooldown ends or right after invocating the pet, to me it should make more sense that the skill should be only activated in case of you entered in combat (recieved damage).

      "Question"
The damage it seems to be completely random between the values 143-1146 (Razador), no item or equipment can increase the damage.
      Can someone confirm this aswell?

Edit: About the potion recovery skill, i can't even notice diferences from the amount of hp, so pretty much useless if it is not changed.
