i cant really understend what is the reason for nerf the dragon shaman.. it wasnt the best in pvp or pvm.. so?

3% extra for shaman???? its nothing! Should be 25-35% on group members and 10%-15% for shamans

I cant understend why they want to "balance" the dragon shamans.... they are not de best y pvp/pvm... so if it is a pvp balance they should nerf the best caracters in pvp...

Hello. I think the idea that Dragon Shamans use bell from pvp and Healing Shamans use fans its absurd. The game is over ten years, and many of us already have some equipment dop/ +9, etc. So, if you implement that idea, my fans will become obsolete.
