@unforgiven Blesing with DEX? Ok So why you tell us thath buffs dont depends on DEX? Blessing is depending by DEX.

So now we will have 26% of critic 30% from EQ 30% from (critic hand and water DOK) 8% from stone so we have 94% if critic ... WE have to spend a lot of $$ to have eq with 10% critic... And more over we cant have even 100% of critic ??

At begining you reduce critical to 15% now you give us 10% more and you thin we are will be happy ? We have 25% less critic then before... This changes is for dragon shamans? People will take another Warrior/wp to party then a Buffs becose it will be better ( durring the dungeon maybe you dont have any buffs(chance of giving buff)). So peopel will stop playing dragon shamans.. Just make something better and delete this class will be more easy to webzen and GF... This is a nail into the coffin ..…

@unforgiven We know that you hate this feedback becouse we just against 85% of changes but can you answer our questions in this topic ? We just thinking(all users) that this feedback is like you told A we told B and you are still making A(But just mmaking some kind of mistification and in result you made C - what is worst then B).
