    The damage of a class (or race) doesn't come from weapons, but from the formula behind the character. It normally takes several inputs like status points (INT for shamans, obviously), and the influence of the weapon damage can be different from class to class as well. From my perspective, more diversity for shaman weapons would be more interesting.     - Give it a second bonus like magical attack. - Add a bonus for the self-buff (e.g. self-buff gives twice as much as buffing other players). - Increase its strength. - Maybe change design at all (e.g. make it a lot more powerful but with short duration and long cooldown, might be too powerful in duels and PvM though).

    It might be a good idea to suggest possible solutions as well when leveling criticism against something. It is not that we don't want to think about solutions ourselfs, but to hear ideas from different people may be a good idea anyway. This board exists so you can make suggestions yourself, so please use the chance! As an example, it could be an idea to make Attack Up buff the whole party at once (in a certain range obviously).
