thanks for your report. We checked your report togehter with korea and can't confirm that the pk-bug is back. Because the enemy player was pvp-open and attack a player of the same empire. Then it's open for everyone to attack him. That is not the same like the pk-bug, where the player below level 15 set himself to pvp-open and attack player.

It's possible when the player use the command /pk_mode. Simply disable that command.

the command is necessary for the client but the server know the rules and check that since Korea fix that in the past.
