Fear does not give block bonus, it gives arrow evade.

Fear gives percentage physical protection and arrow avoidance in percents also.

But in the skill description isn't say it's block or arrows evade it's looks like in general with no specific bonus so i whish they're make it specific in the description or make it right if there's an issue.

So the miss chance at physical hits that the skill had for 10 years was a ...bug ? It's clear you're trying to balance PvP by modifying piercing hits formula, and Fear is getting in the way of that?

Who told you that they changed now the block bonus to arrow evade ? This has been changed since way back. Must be some (like 4 or more) years.

Tested on live server and you are right, so I must apologize for my misinformation. Missed a changelog or forgot about it...so now is just an ambiguous description for the skill.

Fear skill reduces damage from normal attack does not reduce skill damages and magical attack damages, and gives evasion (misses) for arrows. This is why the wp suras became way weaker on higher level maps, where the most of the ranged monster's damage been changed to magical attack from ranged "arrow" attack.

This is how fear works. The skill's description maybe a bit missleading.

For example the BM sura's dark protection gives fixed 33% protection from M1 skill agains ALL kind of damages. Including close combat, ranged (arrow), magical, skill, and even self damage too (for example with running dark protection the piosoning hurts less

).
