That's not a bad idea, as there would be a furTher* reason for levelling up to lv.120 and making the playing character complete.

The bad thing is that you would lose the only chance to customize your character settings: however, I think everyone agrees with me, when I say this kind of customization is really, really cheap. xD

yeah that's already cheap better not to change that haha to increase the "originality" between characters I would create a sort of buff skill (like the ones used in guild wars) that allows to boost your character in ONE thing that works just in pvp.
What could that thing be? It should be something accessible to everyone and able to make you character unique.

Maybe something like a second set besides the standard doctrines. A boost and counterattack system more developed.

It would also be nice to customize secondary abilities. For instance, brewing potions or anything like that - it would make character development way deeper.

But I guess that's not what designers would want to do.
