I suggest a different solution than the one at the time, I did the tests with my character, so I propose my suggestion on a liv 120 basis
Currently skill is so:
90 int: 473 attack -152 int: 783 attack (difference 52 int 310, average 1 int=5,96 attack)
92 duration
30 sp/sec
Old skill:
90 int: 585 attak -152 int: 973 attack (difference 52 int 388, average 1 int= 7,46 attack)
175 duration
30 sp/sec
Total difference:
Old skill 973
New skill 783
Difference: 190, the damage is acceptable ...
The duration is unacceptable, 92 seconds is a stress for a lycan, a pvm warrior must not change items to increase damage, so 92 seconds are acceptable but a lycan needs to change items and 92 seconds are too few, lycan's skill does not create any balance, but only stress in pvm, because it needs to be reduced.
I would propose a further change, that is, the skill:
90 int: 585 attack + up 1 int = 4.5 attack
52 int = 234 attack
585+ 234 = 819 attack
So it would be a fair balance, old skill 973, new skill 819, difference 154 attack.
Because I have proposed more base attack and less attack with int, I proposed this solution since in pvm by some boss (eg from boss liv 123), there is no way to continually change the items to increase the damage given which often dies.
This update needs to be done to balance pvp, I see silently touching the lycan skill's duration as it does not affect the damage, the attack value is less than a 150 attack is fair but exaggerating means ruining a class and then leading to the abandonment of that class
