Dragon Roar's doesn't hit (no damage), Blessing, Dragon's Aid, Switness, Attack Up and Cure doesn't work (no buffs are given);they are not castable in other persons and don't work in all members of the party.
Flying Talisman and Lightning Claw don't slow and Dragon Shooting don't have knockout effect.

Edit: Dragon Roar's only does damage if you are near to the caster.
Edit2: STR doesn't give Shamans attack value as it was said in the announcement. Dexterety is giving a good ammount of attack value but intelligence is giving the half of attack value comparing with dexterety.
