The problem here is that the only useless weapons in PvP are bells...

The other classes have enough damage to handle almost everything. Let's not go overboard. For the Shamans, this is just a damage bonus. You can choose if you will do it or not.

We cannot choose, we are forced to use Fans in PvP...

So for buffs we use extra DEX and for skills STR? Woooooow! Who will have all those bonuses on items when there are so much random ones , we need to pay hundreds of dollars on change bonus?
I guess for us shamans we have to choose to be buffer or dd. So much for solo play..... -
Funny. Are you still believe that anyone will use the one who s/he wants while one of them is giving extra bonus? Please, we are not kids as you can see. Divide warrior's weapons too then, and lets say them you can choose whatever you want?

Okay, now we all know you won't reverse status, damage, %bonus from skills, boosts on weapon, etc.
Could at least be possible to change our fans/bells for a version of the same lvl weapon with the same bonus?
Yes, @unforgiven told it was difficult, but for us its more difficult to feel a "balance" without the right equipment bc someone (you) changed something (when wasn't suposed to devaluate equipment acording to interview....).

It will not be possible to change your weapon directly.
@angelyna24, you can maximize at your own discretion, you can even maximize both but then you might not have INT or VIT maximized. At the moment it is exactly the same BUT the difference is that you can maximize your melee damage through STR or you can maximize your damage mitigation through DEX (while having VIT and INT at 90, obviously). The same happens with some other classes.
@Quelin, isn't it a matter of having the possibility and what/where you should invest? Warriors can invest in 2-handed weapons that many times can be the best-in-slot if they are doing PvE on horse while for PvP, 1 handed sword can be more interesting depending on the situation. There is already till some degree this duality. The only class which doesn't have this are mainly Suras because they only have a single type of weapon which can be used - Sword. -

I might not know every single detail about metin2 - almost no one knows, let's be honest - but I have a pretty good knowledge. -
@unforgiven who is using fan for pve? Its the same thing, you already know. But thanks for all your replies from the beggining of beta, contrary to other team members who are already responsible for their players/customers but not interested at all. I will wait and see what will happen next.

If your main is Dragon Shaman, hope u are not using it just for pve, like u plan to make us just an pvm class...btw i won't forget that u told us u will look into some possibilities about weapon specialization bonus or make it a little bit fair for us. Also in your test dmg u didn't mention anything about DPS since healers have much lower recharge time then us.unforgiven wrote:
