Mental warrior dex vs vit on skills

Hello ,i just tested on my mental warrior (lvl65) something.
On Spirit strike and Bash skill it say it is strenghened by STR and VIT.
But Whit 90 dex and 28 vit spirit strike have 7648-8736 atack value . And whit 28dex 90 vit spirit strike have 6849-7784.
So it is 799-952 atack value diference ! So its normal to be like this? The dex should be the one who incresse more the atack value?

As you can see your dex points give you more attack value in your stats. It is known that dex gives attack value to warrior, just not as much as str gives. Also vit if i remember correctly, gives attack value to Spirit strike (if not to more attack skills).

I will request some information.

One thing that I can say is that what it is described in the skills are the stats that directly influence the damage but level, skill level and "attack power" also influence most of the skills.

Dexterity overall increases the damage output but not specifically a skill. This is the difference.

so @unforgiven .. tell me something.. the only benefit of the Strong body is that we can't knockback, and all that defence it doesn't help on nothing for pvm and pvp.. at high level..
At the official, we can die only with hits from the opponent, and i got 40 block, same with pvm, i got 1180 defence, and my sura lvl 90 can push more moobs than my warrior mental of level 116 with the same itens.. i know that weaponry sura it s much better on pvm.. but come on.. the sura got 750 defence vs 1180.. we are supposed to tank everything, much more than other characters.. but no.. what is the advantage for all that defence? On pvm we are very weak.. would you call an warrior mental to make a boss with you? Lol

Hello Aiolia,

Currently there will be no change on the class. With the change on how piercing hit works, it should be a bit better to tank monsters and in PvP.

unfortunately, i didn't have a chance to try that, but you understand my point of view? The only benefit on this kind of character, it s the damage of skill(that this days, with pets, defences, alchemy and all that kind of things that comes out on IS, our advantages on skill, becomes nothing.. that s why we almost don t see warrior mental at high level, on my server if i m not wrong we are only 3..

Let me just wait until it comes out on the official, let s see if there will be a reason for people to call me to help tanking something on this new maps, with my main character, normally they just call me when is pvp..

I understand your point. I did request a bit of an improvement of the buff from Strong Body - mainly a reduction of Piercing Hit Damage received - but at the moment this will not happen. Maybe in the next big iteration.

thank you.. for now it was enough what you did about the lycans and shamans dragon, i m really happy for them... they didn t deserve all that..

Actualy that whould be a good improvment for strong body.Because the more defense u have the more pircing damage u get.But i dont get the point.If on 0 defense a player give me lets say 1k normal hit ,on 100,500 or 1k defence i should get only 1k pircing hit ,not more.

Now, when you are a Mental Warrior and you use strong body, you do not get MORE damage if the players are piercing your armor. This means that if you use strong body you will not get higher damage, you should get the same as before.

Well that is a good improvment

Hei unforgiven,u are wrong.I just test it.And a body warrior give me whit pircing hit 700-730 whit strong body off.And whit strong body on he give me 800-850 pircing hit.And i have G1 strong body (195 def).
Can u test and fix it?

a 100 damage difference can be just the randomness. I tested also and it was the same. oO

@unforgiven i just tested the update on oficial server,and i still get highter dmg on pircing hit when I activate body strenght.whit 100 more dmg.Please test it and fix it !
