    • Some thoughts about the beta

      When you first annunced the "pvp balance" me and many others thought that this update was meant to reduce somehow the damage in the high level pvp, which at the moment can be considered a bit too high even with end game things (115+9 armours, ocean shoes ect).

      1. The first thing that you notice when you log in the beta is the increase of all the damages, skill damage (because the new formula of the class resistance) and a massive increase of the pierce damage, yes you already said that new armours 15 demi-human def, which could balance the situation, but in the same way you will increase it adding new weapons and for how is made the beta at the moment even with both new features, the gameplay is extremely unbalanced :D

      The resistances used to be too powerful and were reducing the damage overall. Now it will only reduce the damage of ‘Strong against class’ bonuses. This will effectively increase the damage output, but is a vital step for future adjustments.
      We were aware of this but if you give us more information (was it crit, pierce, pierced crit; bonuses and items from both characters, etc) it would be helpful.

      First of all, all the tests were made with 120 chars, brilliant/eccelent alchemie, new shoes,115+9 armour and really good res.

      About the "normal hits" as i said there is a massive increase, impossible to defend at all, even with 60+ def,perfect alchemie ect, you can lower "X" pierce damage a bit adding some res, but still "X-1" or "X-2" will kill you so easly and fast.

      About the "skill damage" it increases a lot adding some "strong against", i am pretty sure that it was meant to be like this, but reaching a certain % of strong againsts makes it untankable even with a 1v1 equip look a like (nearly full def ect), situation which in a "open pvp multiplayer game" where you fight more players at once, its a bit messy
