Of course it's something new in relation to the Yut Nori mini-game.

The items in the image look like "vouchers" to certain game systems.
The event is already active but we can't do anything with the new items. -
It is possible to use, but you need to open the refine window by dragging the "voucher"/design to the yut-nori NPC, and then you need some misterious puzzle item, to refine the item.
Probably the misterious puzzle item is dropable on moobs, and the vouchers on special metins or maybe just sellable on the npc, and the puzzle item dropable on metins. -

I defeated a lot of monsters and didn't get anything either. -

Translation:
The npc got new functions, which you can receive with halloween. Due to missing parts of the translation there are names with "NoName" or buttons which have the same text. This will be fixed with the next updare.if you need help with anything, don't hesitate to ask me.

how u get this item for craft ?

@Anayra, @badidol, you should check the drop of Iutnori Chests, last years (almost in Spanish Community) that event was considered one of the worst you have never done because the drop was annoying, and now you add it again and magic, the drop is completely the same. Please, remove the drop of lv70 weapons from chests. In addition, the game is too complicated and most of times the computer wins. Also, the score to obtain a gold chest is too high.
