threea Community Manager

Hello, I have copied my character a day ago, and i am able to log into the beta website with my username and password but for some reason, when I try to log in to the beta server it claims that my username and password is incorrect. I have tried to put _xx infront of the username, and everything else. i do not understand why it is not recognizing my username. If you could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you
