I haven't login yet to the beta server, the changes stated here : PvP Balancing Optimisation have already took effect? Or server is like ours, on 17.3 version?

The beta server is supposed to be the test for 17.4, so quite obviously it's running on 17.4
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
